I'm 31 Weeks Pregnant 3 Child I Have Had Diariah

I'm 31 weeks pregnant 3 child I have had diariah for almost two months it has stooped I have been spotting off and in for almost to weeks I have had a FFN and cerix length test both looked good I had them done Friday I started passing blood clots Friday night they have not stopped I called on and was walked threw how to check my cervix I can stick my pointer finger all the way in do u happen to have any idea what's going on my doctors can't see me till next week and labor n delivery said it's normal
