I'm 31 Weeks Pregnant And Went To My L&d And

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and went to my l&d and they said to use monistat 7 for a yeast infection I have, I'm not sure I think I've had it for about a week or so before starting well I started last night, this morning had a couple spots of blood but nothing major and cramping. Then today my underwear was really wet but I didn't feel a gush or anything and my stomach keeps tightening a little. I'm just worried I will go into labor sooner because it was worse then they thought but I'm not sure.
