I'm 32 Yrs Old I Been Having Really Sharp Pain

I'm 32 yrs old I been having really sharp pain on my left side burning feeling on my mons public area to the point I can't function to do my daily routine. when I walk lay down especially when I sit and it's been going on now for two year I been to doctors had MIR, X-Ray and ultra sound and blood work they keep telling me that there is nothing wrong what can it be are they missing something
