I'm 33 Years Old. When I Delivered My Child At

I'm 33 years old. When I delivered my child at 30 I prolapsed my rectum and colon. I had surgery and about 6" of lower bowel was removed due to tissue dying. Now this year I've had yellow gel type substance just come from my anus with no warning. Somewhat large amount. About 6 weeks ago I vomited blood, probably 1/4 of a cup? I've had burning in my stomach for about a year and have been under an enormous amount of stress. Should I be concerned or seek help?
