I'm 34 1/2 Weeks Pregnant With Second Child I'm Feeling

I'm 34 1/2 weeks pregnant with second child I'm feeling nauseous and very lightheaded. I went to the labor and delivery about a week and a half ago from having contractions which they stopped with a shot and also said I wouldn't go into labor within the next two weeks although I have been feeling very strange and have been having contractions still that are very painful..should I go in or do you think I'm OK?
