I'm 34 Male I've Been Taking Zoloft Tomazapam And Klonopin

I'm 34 male I've been taking zoloft tomazapam and klonopin for around 2 years. I've upped zoloft dose 3 tomes over that span and started 200mg up from 150mg last month. The last 2 weeks I've been walking up3 times a night soaked in sweat from waste down. Is it the medication. I've also been having much more noticeable tremors in hands arms n occasionally my neck will jerk real quick not real bad. I've always kind of shook but it's definitely getting worse any advice?
