I'm 34 with diarrhea for 3 days. It's waterlike and yellow. My tummy is making rumbling noises and at times so is my buttocks. My husband had this for 2 days but it went away. Been taking immodium ad for 6 hours and it's not helping. Do I need to go to emergency?
