I'm 34 Years Old, Female. I Frequently Get Migraines(last From

I'm 34 years old, female. I frequently get migraines(last from 10hrs to 4 days), have headaches daily. Everyday for the past year, Ive had a headache of some form. I occasionally get a lump on the right side of my head when I have a BAD migraine. I don't get the lump often though, and it always goes away. The past week, I noticed the lump, but as the week went on Ive noticed alot of lumps. They are hard, and VERY painful. When I bend over I can feel every lump and it feels like they are about to explode and start gushing something. I"ve looked, with a mirror, and there isn't a head on any of the lumps. What do you think this is?
