I'm 34yo, Started Experiencing Prolonged Periods After Starting Sprintec Birth

I'm 34yo, started experiencing prolonged periods after starting Sprintec birth control pills. Stopped the pills after 6 months and prolonged periods continuted. Had ultrasound which showed endometrial stripe thickness of 15.1 mm and a 4.6x4.7cm fibroid. What does this mean?
