I'm 35 Weeks Pregnant. I've Been Having Bad Sore Throats.

I'm 35 weeks pregnant. I've been having bad sore throats. like constant burning sensation in my throat, so much that it makes my mouth water and I instantly puke. but tonight I puked up some blood. I can feel the baby still moving. but I'm still worried. I'm not sure if it's heart burn or a sore throat. please help.
