I'm 35+4 Weeks Pregnant . I Had My Cervix Checked

I'm 35+4 weeks pregnant . I had my cervix checked yesterday and I'm 1cm. I was fine all day but when I took a shower before bed I had started feeling really weak , nauseous, cold and started get strong period like cramps in stomach and back. Is this normal ? Im not spotting or anything.
