I'm 36 Female And I Was Diagnosed With Pseudo Tumor

I'm 36 female and I was diagnosed with Pseudo Tumor Cerebi 3 years ago. April 9th I had some sort of hemorrhage to my right eye with a odd headache. Two days later my speech was impaired and well as my right side. I can walk and talk but it's very slow and hoarse. I use a walker to help me with Balance. I go to Neuo Rehab and my spinal tap was 34 and Dr said it's ok I don't need a spinal tap to reduce the fluid. I was also told i possibly have Vetebral artery dissection. They said I had a stroke then said I didn't?! What could this be? What should I be asking my Dr for in getting a diagnosis or who to see me for help. Thank you
