I'm 36 Have Known Pcos, Past 3 Months Heavy Frequent

I'm 36 have known pcos, past 3 months heavy frequent bleeding so sent for.ivu. Last bleed 21 March 2015. Ivu confirmed pcos.but no enlarged cysts, endometrium 9 mm thick ( day 30 in cycle) and fluid in cervix. I did pregnancy test before scan.at 28 days and also 29 days as I did wonder if I could be pregnant. I have managed to conceive in past have 2 children age 8 years and 2 years. Recent hormone tests ( not hcg) were nad.what could scan results indicate?
