I'm 36 Old Femal Married 1 Year Ago. Been Diagnosed

I'm 36 old femal married 1 year ago. Been diagnosed PCOS when i was early 20s but i lost weight 3yrs ago and my period is regular. When i was teenager doctors said i have a cyst disappeared after period. Years later when i got married and been trying to conceive for four months, i visited a gynecologist she made ultrasound and said my egg is big 28mm and its turning to a cyst so it can't be fertalized. I linked the both accidents and now I'm afraid that my ovaries are always producing big old eggs. My concern is that do i have any chances to conceive
