I'm 36 Yrs. Old And Pregnant. I've Had No Bowel

I'm 36 yrs. old and pregnant. I've had no bowel movements for the past 3 weeks. I have constant pain on my left side, including pain when I urinate. I have no bladder infection, UTI, nor kidney infection. My white blood cell count is elevating more, as the weeks go by. I have not been able to keep solid food down, so my body is beginning to starve. I just want to know what's going on with my body, and no one can seem to help.
