I'm 37 And I've Had Three Children. I Have Not

I'm 37 and I've had three children. I have not been sexually active during the last three years amd everything else is normal. I have some fleshy "things" on the inside of my vagina. I've seen them before and assumed they were areas that had torn and then stitched after childbirth. It just occurred to me today that they might not be normal. Is there any way to narrow down the possibilities?
