I'm 37 And My Blood Pressure Readings The Last 2

I'm 37 and my blood pressure readings the last 2 times have been 151/84 and 157/100. I take the readings from pharmacy machines. My last 3 visits at my doctor were high too but my doctor said it may just be from white coat syndrome . How serious is my blood pressure numbers?
