I'm 37 Weeks Pregnant I've Been Vomiting Fit 2 Days

I'm 37 weeks pregnant I've been vomiting fit 2 days starting hydrated though, really bad pains that feel like contractions but aren't getting closer together and I feel like I might be leaking something but not sure, also almost fainted this morning got dizzy and everything went black for a second been having heart palpitations since yesterday to but do suffer from anxiety what's going on with me
