I'm 37 Weeks Pregnant And I Can Hear Bubbles Popping

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I can hear bubbles popping in my stomach. It's the first time I ever heard this. FYI- I been sleep for 5 hours now. I got up to pee. I had sharp pains in my lower stomach as a walked the bathroom. Maybe even in my pelvis area. As I set down on the toilet I can feel feel and winding noises then the bubbles. Should I be worried?
