I'm 37 With One Child The Age Of 13. I

I'm 37 with one child the age of 13. I had an iud, mirena implanted about 6 years ago. Recently I've heavier periods that last a day or so and following will have pinkish dishcharge with little black specs. It does not happen every time. I've been sexually in active for almost a year and recently have had intercourse about 3 times. No bleeding prior to intercourse but during I have bled. I know I need to go see my gyno but it takes quite a while to get in. Can you please help me on determining what is going on?
