I'm 38 And I Have Been Taking Effexor 75 Mg

I'm 38 and I have been taking Effexor 75 mg for 6 months and hate it. My heart races all the time and I can't calm down. My Dr told me to start Wellbutrin today and take it for 5 days with the Effexor, then go to every other day on Effexor for a week, then stop. Also I'm to start buspar in 5 days. First I know I can't stop Effexor this easily and second I have read it can be life threatening with serotonin syndrome to take all this. How can I safely stop Effexor and should I wait till I'm weaned to start the other two? I am planning on taking so many granules out of the capsule every day bc I'm pretty sure this is the only way to come off Effexor with out feeling like dying. Thanks!
