I'm 38 Weeks Pregnant And Scheduled For C Section Next

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and scheduled for c section next week. I lost my much plug this a.m and have been having bad bad pain stomach cramps nausea vomiting and diarea . I was in the hospital 2 days ago and was in labor but my doctor stopped my contractions and sent me home . Could I be in labor again ?
