I'm 38.5 Weeks Pregnant With Severe Pain On My Upper

I'm 38.5 weeks pregnant with severe pain on my upper right side. I've been to the hospital and now Drs office today for lab work. I have had gall stones during a previous pregnancy, I received my lab results and my alk phos came back at 144 iu/l my albumin level came back as 3.4gm/dl is there any significance to these numbers? I am scheduled for an upper right quadrant ultrasound in the morning, but I'm curious about my numbers. My urine test did come back fine for kidneys while I was in the hospital.
