I'm 39 Weeks Pregnant. I Just Lost My Mucas Plus

I'm 39 weeks pregnant. I just lost my Mucas plus last night and 2 days ago i was at the hospital dialated to a 3 1/2 ever since I've lost my Mucas plug ive been having contractions but only while I sleep so I'm not able to keep track. im also having tremendous vaginal pain. am I in labor?
