I'm 39 Weeks Pregnant And I Have A Really Bad

I'm 39 weeks pregnant and i have a really bad cough and weezing. Everytime I cough I get a really bad pain in my vigina and lower stomach that last usually last for about 2-3 minutes...my question is could this cough and wheezing affect the baby or put me in labor?
