Im 40 years old my breasts have been hurting and feel likethey are on fire? My periods change not once a month and I get dizzy, nauseous at weird times, I can't eat certain foods anymore like ketchup or mustard and I want to know if I should seek medical attention or is this part of the change of life for me at 40?
