I'm 40 Yrs Old And On Occasion My Clitoris Starts

I'm 40 yrs old and on occasion my clitoris starts to throb and I feel aroussed by it....I take care of the situation when I'm at home but it comes back within mins and before I know it I've had about 6 orgasms!! Also when I'm having sexual intercourse I don't have an orgasm, my ex husband tried to find my G-spot for the "squirting" experience but never had any luck! Do I not have one?
