I'm 41 And Have Been Taking Ginette For The Last

I'm 41 and have been taking Ginette for the last 12 years (Diane and Estelle prior to that). My doctor will no longer prescribe to me and has given me a mini pill instead. My skin is already turning bad and is very oily only after 3 weeks off not taking it. Why is it considered high risk? I don't smoke or drink, weigh 57 kg and 165 cm tall.
