I'm 41 Years Old. I Suffer From Mennorhagia. My Gynecologist

I'm 41 years old. I suffer from mennorhagia. My gynecologist has done every blood test known. I have one ovary. I've had a tubal ligation. My doctor put me on depo provera about a year and a half ago. Took me off of it in August and inserted Mirena in November. I've been spotting since June 2016. Since Mirena the spotting has gotten a tad heavier. Yesterday, my Mirena expelled itself. My bleeding has become VERY HEAVY and I have nickel size clots at times. Will this EVER END!? What do I do?
