I'm 41 Years Old And Never Have Kids And After

I'm 41 years old and never have kids and after an Ultrasound Dr. dx me with Nabothian Cyst (Measuring 7mm) with the possible posterior uterine fibroid in my left ovary. Usually, a few days before my period and the first day I have a lot of pain.. . I don't know what is next as a treatment my Dr. said that I don't need any right know. What is your opinion? I would like to get pregnant as soon as possible. I appreciate your advise :)
