I'm 42. I just started my cycle last Friday. I'm usually done by Wednesday, but yesterday my flow got heavier and I'm cramping. Today the cramps hurt to even walk. I'm in birth control, so my cycles are pretty regular. Is this cramping and heavy flow normal?
