I'm 42 And Have Not Missed Or Had Late Periods

I'm 42 and have not missed or had late periods ever. I went to the gynecologist four weeks ago and they said everything was fine and I was not yet in menopause. I then had four spinal injections (I've had four others in the last year before with no problems) and now I'm two weeks late on my period. I'm nauseous, I feel exhausted, and have to use the restroom every 30 minutes. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Can the spinal injections mess up my cycle?
