Im 42 Years Old And Was Had An IUI 11

Im 42 years old and was had an IUI 11 days ago. Today, I had some bleeding and my womb feels very tight. Im waiting until next Sunday to do the pregnancy test. But right now I just want to sleep. What is your opinion? Do you think my uterus is strong enough to carry this baby for nine months. This is my first and last pregnancy.
