I'm 43 And Was Just Diagnosed With A Heart Murmur.

I'm 43 and was just diagnosed with a heart murmur. I had an echo done and was told I have some back flow. But that it wasn't very much. I just want to know if I can take energy pills that have a lot of caffeine or even those 5 hour energy drinks? I'm just so tired all the time.
