Im 43 Year Old Male With Lower Left Quadrant Pain

Im 43 year old male with lower left quadrant pain right before I pass gas. when I say right before I pass gas I mean like 2-3 seconds prior and its pretty intense. I have rebound pain in the same spot, don't feel bloated or hard in that area, pooped last night and this morning. I did have a perforated bowel 2 years ago doctors say was due to me swallowing something because I had a colonoscopy done and was told it looked normal. However, because of the perforated bowel I get paranoid every time I have abdominal pain. PS my skin itches in the same spot as the pain which is a little disturbing as well.
