I'm 43 Years Old Was Told Years Ago I Had

I'm 43 years old was told years ago I had fibroids. One son who is 23 four miscarriages. I came on my period April 18th regular 5 day cycle. Didn't come on in May. Then came on June 8th and stayed on till June 15th. Had sex June 19th. Now comes July no period again. What is going on. Please help me figure this out. Am I pregnant or going through menapause
