I'm 43 Yrs Old And Discovered I Had Hepatitis B

I'm 43 yrs old and discovered I had hepatitis b 4 yrs ago when pregnant with my third child. My viral load is 50 ,my liver function test has always been between 21-29.my last scan liver steatosique.liver size FD=180mm ,FG=114. I'm not on Treatment for hep b just yet.... Please worry about liver size, I'm also over weight
