I'm 44 And Catscan Showed A Cyst On My Kidney

I'm 44 and catscan showed a cyst on my kidney and my bun is 6 and bun/cert 6.7 it's never been that low before I been swelling in my legs throwing up pain in my belly and side blood pressure low and blood in my urine I do have a inlarged liver I don't drink should I be worried
