I'm 44 Years Old Female Hurt My Back Last Yr

I'm 44 years old female hurt my back last yr on medication naproxen, flexil and tylenol es for about 2 wks, on and off takes tylenol 500 mg with naproxen, last month been sick on azithromycin for 4 days a week after had blood work done ALT 116 ASt 49, CHO slightli elevated 5.9 should i be concerned?
