I'm 45 Year Old Male 5'7" 178 Lbs. Had Palpitations

I'm 45 year old male 5'7" 178 lbs. Had palpitations with feeling of blood draining from my head and slight dizziness a few months ago. Holster monitor did not pick up anything unusual when I felt symptoms. ECG. Was also normal. I now have a toothache and feeling more of palpitations. Could toothache or bacteria from dental issues cause palpitations.
