I'm 45 Years Old And I Have Unexplained Tremors Starting

I'm 45 years old and I have unexplained tremors starting last year, my doctor thinks that they be seizures. I take the Gapentine because i'm a diabetic. these tremors leves me unable to walk or goes to work for week. It usually starts with my hands and traveles to my arms with jerking. I have read that the Gapentin they can cause tremors, please give me some advice
