Is It Normal For My Period To Start As Bloody Discharge And Then Become Heavier With Large Blood Clots, Especially With My Endometriosis?

Im 47 with endometriosis. My period started 2 wks ago but was more like a. Bloody discharge then a period in past 3/4 days it has gotten heavier and has huge blood clots.... Alot of them. And things just dont feel right? I dont know what is going on and im very worried.
