I'm 47 Years Old And Just Came Home From Hospital

I'm 47 years old and just came home from hospital after a stent placement in heart. The 2 days I was in the hospital I was asked by the medical staff if I was experiencing any cough. At the time I was not and didn't think much of the question. Now that I am home recovering a dry cough has started and remains constant every few minutes. Will this go away?
