I'm 47yr Old White Female W 2 Kids And Tubes

I'm 47yr old white female w 2 kids and tubes tied 11yrs ago.
Peri menopausal and no period for about 3yrs.
Experiencing slight cramping where I think my ovaries are-not all day - sporadically but everyday.
Is this normal? Or something I should go to the doctor about?
