I'm 48 Years Old. My Normal Cycles Are Only 3

I'm 48 years old. My normal cycles are only 3 days and they are 2 days really heavy then 1 barely there just some spotting. This has been going on for years. Having 8-9 large clots during menses. The past 2 months have been barely enough to say I had a menses. 2 weeks ago I started faint spotting only enough to be irritating and to have to wear a panty liner. When I think it has stopped the next day it is there. Varies from pink to brown in color but nothing heavy.
