I'm 48 yr old woman. No previous injury. For the last 4 days I have extreme pain in ball of my left shoulder, tingling in fingers, unable to move upward, some movement side to side..Splint has worked minimally. worst pain is shrugging and any touching. The entire round part is worst, some pain in neck and wrist? I didn't injure it or fall, Just woke up with minimal discomfort and got progressively worse
