I’m 48 Yrs Old, My Periods Have Become Late By

I’m 48 yrs old, my periods have become late by 2 days each month for 3-4 months. Now I have brown spotting, 90% of it is only when I wipe after urination. I also keep experiencing menstrual cramps, and pain in my right side of abdomen approximately 1” above pants waistline? What could all of this mean?
