I'm 49 And In The Last 5 Or So Months
I'm 49 and in the last 5 or so months I've developed geat pain in the inner parts
Of my elbows and tightness in my tendons also at the elbows, sometimes my hands shake a little or really hard if I rub my neck or shoulders the subsidies the comes right back. Excedrin is the only 24 hour relief I get or if I keep hand wormers in cupped in my hands. Any thoughts on this.
