I'm 49 yo woman. Menopause for 3 years I had one time bleeding last February. The first ultrasound showed endometrial strip of 0.6 mm and multiple fibroids. My doctor prescribed vagifem 10 mcg vaginal tablet. 5 weeks later the thickness of the endometrium is 1 cm. What is the risk of developing endometrial cancer? Thank you.
