I'm 5 Weeks Pregnant Right Now And My Doctor Has

I'm 5 weeks pregnant right now and my doctor has prescribed me 10 mg duphaston once daily, 50 mg aspirin once daily, folgel plus, once daily and a 5000 mg hucog injection every week. I've had miscarriage earlier in Feb this year at 9 weeks with no foetal heartbeat. I'm also having 25 mg thyronorm once daily every morning empty stomach. Are these medicines going to hurt the pregnancy anyway? I don't want to undergo a miscarriage again. TIA
